Mobile Home offers delivery and onsite installation for all our kit homes and portable buildings. Our modular buildings are delivered to your chosen location and installed safely in compliance with the best industry practices.

Modular Building Installation

Once the fabrication of your kit home is complete, we will deliver the materials to your construction site. You can either construct the house yourself, hire installers or have our expert installers provide a full installation for you. Our installation covers frame installs, roof trusses, roof sheeting and steel cladding. We can cooperate with architects, builders, and sub-contractors to ensure your modular building is installed perfectly.

Colorbond Roofing Installation

When it comes to choosing the right roof for your portable building or kit home, we recommend selecting a material that is durable and can withstand the elements as well as pests & corrosion. Mobile Home uses Colorbond metal sheets to roof all our portable building projects. Colorbond steel roofing is tried and tested in Australian conditions to look great and deliver outstanding, long-life performance.

Colorbond roof sheets are highly durable and easy to maintain (typically just require a quick wash down with water). If they are well maintained, you can expect them to last for many years to come. Our range of Colorbond roofing comes in a range of stylish colours. You can choose a roof colour that either blends in or stands out from your building and its surroundings. The range of thermally efficient light colours can help to keep your portable building cooler on hot, sunny days.

Portable Building Installation

We also offer delivery and installation for our portable buildings. These buildings are almost completely fabricated and built at our factory, then delivered to you by truck. Our portable buildings are built with reinforced anchor points to allow them to be lifted by cranes without damage. This complete portable building package is perfect for mine sites and civil projects.

All our portable buildings are built using quality steel frames and metal sheeting. The high-strength steel is resistant to any damage to the buildings during transportation and lifting.

We will organise for the groundwork to be completed before the building’s installation. This includes piping, electrical and earthworks. This allows your building project to have a seamless process, from design & fabrication to installation.
